We Can Assist You With Your Workplace Skills Plan
Workplace Skills Plan is a training plan covering the period 1
st April of the current year to 31
st March of the next year. The primary purpose of the WSP is to describe the main skills development activities that are planned for the coming year.
A good WSP should consider current and future needs, taking into account gaps identified through a skills audit, the performance management system, succession planning initiatives, and any new process or technology changes planned for the year. If an organisation submits its WSP for the first time to a SETA it will not have an ATR for that current year because the ATR should match the targets set out in the previous year’s WSP.
